GROUPFIELD WORK
Groupfield Work is an integration of the work of William Isaacs, Otto Scharmer, Thomas Huebl and Arnold Mindell, among others.
The capacity is essentially about learning to perceive and work with what is happening in a given group underneath the surface layer of what seems to be happening.
The intention is that by apprehending deeper structures of group dynamics one can more effectively help groups and their members become more effective at:
- resolving difficulties amongst themselves
- participating in the emergence of a more desirable future together
