JESSE MCKAY

Jesse majored in psychology, has an MBA in corporate strategy, and trained in software design, development and architecture.

He has worked as an engineer with a team of scientists responsible for designing and building communications systems for the International Space Station, and as a management consultant helping leaders achieve greater impact on the individual, team and organizational levels.

Jesse has been designing and delivering integral leadership programs for 14 years.

He has a broad inter-cultural background with professional engagements in Germany, Russia, Australia, Spain, USA, Sweden, Korea, Canada, Ethiopia, Estonia and Brazil.

TEACHABLE POINT OF VIEW

All of us have important experiences that have made us who we are and helped forge the teachings that we each have to bring to this world.

But unfortunately, most people have not done sufficient work to dismantle and clear away the debris of their culture conditioning so that their unique gifts can shine. Building from work by Noel Tichy, in our workshops and retreats we help people excavate their Teachable Point of View - the unique teaching that they have to bring as a gift to this world before they leave.
